e-Council Inc. is the only true, full-service, immigration concierge company. Whether directly working with our team of experts or through our network of trusted and vetted strategic partners, we are committed to seeing our clients through to successful visa approval. We help find and vet businesses looking for capital, set up new businesses, coordinate all aspects of the visa process, and ensure that your visa process is as seamless as possible. After all, I have been there myself; I’m an immigrant from Canada.
As discussed in a prior post, I am often asked what it means to be an “immigration concierge.” When I introduce myself as such, people ask me questions such as ,“Are you an attorney?” “Are you a business strategist?” “Can you help me with all aspects of my immigration process?” “Can you help me find the perfect business opportunity?” The answer to all of these and many other questions is a resounding YES!
I am an attorney, licensed in both the U.S. and Canada. The e-Council Inc. team is comprised of many attorneys and other professionals working for and with e-Council Inc. in varying capacities. Over many years of working and building personal and professional connections with those who have experience and expertise in this complex industry, I have established relationships with strong team members and third-party strategic partners. We can satisfy most any immigration-related requirements. We can – and do – make the difference between a frustrated prospective immigrant , facing possible denial of their visa application or entry to the U.S., and one who sails smoothly and successfully through an otherwise arduous process.
The most significant benefit of our “one-stop shop” is that clients have a single point-of-contact, one company that oversees and carries the brunt of the workload and responsibility for the entire scope of work that is needed to ensure success. This ultimately saves our clients time, money and most certainly frustration throughout the process.
It is also important to remember that getting a visa requires more than just an immigration attorney – there are multiple layers of critical legal and business matters that need to be addressed. For example, what type of entity should you set up and in which state? To determine this, not only would a corporate lawyer be required, but also a CPA and potentially a tax attorney. A well-crafted professional business plan will be required to support the visa petition and it is important that this plan be designed to not only reflect the business’s plans and forecasted financial projections, but also to meet the relevant USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Service) Consular, or other visa-related requirements. There are many other considerations as well, such as general tax planning issues, estate-related issues, insurance coverages and real estate, and the list goes on and on.
The e-Council Inc. team will serve as your trusted guide. We truly have your back throughout the process and have all of the resources necessary to make the whole process easy for you. It is so important to understand there is so much more involved than just legal immigration guidance. When making a transition as significant as moving to another country, just like I did in 2001, there is so simply much more at stake than just a business or a visa; your livelihood, your family, your future, the very essence of your being. e-Council Inc. takes our role in protecting these precious parts of your world very seriously and will move
mountains to ensure your success.
I thrive on success stories and truly love helping our clients!
